SATURDAY SUPER-D
The hottest thing on the race circuit this year, Super-D is a combination of cross country and downhill racing. Big bikes aren’t required – you can run the full course on a cross country bike if you so choose. Saturday Super-D events will be hosted this summer on Saturday August 15 and Saturday September 5. Races begin at 4pm, registration is just $10 for pass holders or $40 includes a lift ticket. Register in advance by calling the Summer HQ at 209.258.7210 or visit our desk on the ground floor of Red Cliffs Day Lodge on race day.
Super D
License: no license required
Description: Lift served “sweep” race. Take the last chair up and try to get the fastest time down! Downhill bikes not necessary; the last race was won a lightweight long travel cross-country bike. Average descent is over 5 minutes.
