The Sea Otter Classic, a Celebration of Sport, will be held on April 15-18, 2010 at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area, Monterey, California, USA. There’s never been a better year to go to the Sea Otter Classic. This four-day, action-packed cycling and outdoor sports extravaganza features a full schedule of amateur and pro cycling events, as well as family activities for all ages. The Sea Otter Classic also plays host to one of the largest consumer bike expos in the world.
Cross Country

Description: The 2010 course remains the same as in 2009, it includes all of the features you love about the Sea Otter Cross Country event – fighting your way up short, steep climbs and enjoying single-track trails that include rocks, sand and other challenges.Plus, you’ll careen through tight sections dotted with trees and occasionally pop out into fields with great scenery.
Downhill

Description: The SRAM Downhill rewards racers who demonstrate fitness, precision handling, braking, and pedaling skills. This is not the typical alpine rim-basher course. The SRAM downhill course is a great mix of jumps, turns, pedaling sections and hi-rev speed traps, the course promises a challenge or two for you on the way down.
Super D

Description: The 2010 Sea Otter Super D will be a combination of fast fire road and singletrack descents and maybe a few short double track climbs. Super D is a Le Mans-style, mass start race by category.
Dual Slalom

Description: The SRAM Dual Slalom is a classic. The single best Dual Slalom race in the world, the legendary Sea Otter course includes massive berms, tricky off-cambers, jumps and rhythm sections to challenge riders and thrill spectators. Course builder and designer Keith Defiebre has prepared a few new surprises for 2010.
Short Track

Description: PRO RACERS ONLY
Test your speed skills against your peers in this anaerobic hammer fest. The SRAM Short Track course is fast and challenging! Races will be 20 minutes plus 3 laps. Officials will pull all riders with the threat of being lapped.
