The race course will be a six- to eight-mile loop through Camp Tamarancho, with finish distances dependent upon category:

Pro / Expert / Cat 1 (Men & Women): 20-24 miles
Sport / Cat 2 (Men & Women): 14-16 miles
Beginner / Cat 3 (Men & Women): 6-8 miles
Because the race takes place at Camp Tamarancho, all racers are required to have a current Friends of Tamarancho Pass. If you don’t have an annual pass, you can purchase a one-day pass with your race registration for race day.

You also gotta have a current NORBA license, as this is a NORBA-sanctioned event. If you don’t have one, you can buy a one-day license with your race registration for race day.

All Camp Tamarancho rules apply regarding pets, vehicles & parking, and trail access. Please, no parking at the Camp! Limited parking will be reserved for support vehicles only; please park in downtown Fairfax, at either the Java Hut (directions below) or Delano’s Market. A shuttle will be running from this parking lot to the race venue.
