Stuck in a rut? Learn from a pro!
Let World Champion and two-time Olympian, Alison Dunlap, show you the correct way to ride a mountain bike. The Alison Dunlap Adventure Camps specialize in teaching riders the core concepts and body positions needed to navigate difficult terrain in a non-intimidating, progressive manner. This two-day Level II (intermediate) co-ed course covers in great detail how to position your body on your bike while incorporating balance and vision. You will learn cornering, braking, switchbacks, steep climbing and descending, water bars, and how to navigate roots and rocks safely and efficiently. $325 includes two full-days of instruction, gourmet lunch, and sponsor’s swag bag. Day I: Monument Valley Park (corner Fontanero/Culebra), Day 2: Palmer Park. Ages 15 and up. Come join us!
This will be held in Monument Valley Park, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
