The Rim Ride is an unsupported endurance mountain bike ride. This is not an organized, or commercial event. There is no entry fee, no prizes, no waivers, no categories, no assistance, and no whining. Riders will meet at the start area, set off together, navigate themselves and, hopefully, complete the route. Times will be provided.
This ride is for experienced long distance mountain bikers. Riders need to be prepared for any weather, trail conditions, problems, or surprises they might encounter. There will be no assistance, pre-arranged or otherwise. There is no required equipment. It is up to the individual to determine what they will need to complete the ride, and carry everything needed themselves.
